The Williamsburg House, an approximately 2500 sf single family home with an adjacent work space, was designed to meet the Passive House standard. This home was designed for ‘aging in place,’ with the slab on grade and very high quality windows should require very little space heating, with excellent ‘passive survivability’ attributes.
