Join us for our May meeting as we continue to highlight the importance of Passive House + Renewables = Net Zero Energy. This month we’ll take a look at how local municipalities are addressing their climate goals with Passive House. Whether through zoning requirements, development guidelines, or permitting reviews, many cities and towns in Mass are seeing Passive House as a way to reduce energy demand and lower climate emissions.

We’ll also look at how these initiatives are getting out in front of upcoming state-level initiatives, like a net zero stretch code. As always, group discussion and Q&A included.
