April Session: Non-Residential Passive House

With the roll out of the new stretch code in MA, Passive House certification is an approved pathway for all building types, not just homes, and, despite the name, any building can be a Passive House - schools, offices, mixed-use developments, even hotels and hospitals. This month, we'll provide short case studies of several commercial and non-residential projects and discuss how they approached achieving the PH standard.
