Overlooking a beautiful secluded inlet in Falmouth, MA, is the second Passive House certified in Massachusetts. Designed and constructed to meet the most rigorous building energy standard in the world, it needs very little heat, and has gone a year with light occupancy, producing a net energy surplus with a 2.3 KW PV array.
