The Program Manager will be deeply involved in the day-to-day planning and delivery of Studio HPDC’s building course, High-Performance Building for Carpenters, which targets mid-career builders and carpenters in Eastern Massachusetts. This is our flagship course, central to our mission, and this role sits at the heart of making it happen.

Success in this role requires a unique combination of skills, including program management, data analysis, creativity, and the ability to keep a hands-on educational program running smoothly while staying true to our values.

This is a full-time role paying $75,000-$85,000 a year.
