The Distillery North Apartments are part of a new, ultra-sustainable building in a fast-developing area. This Passive House in South Boston building is home to 28 unique apartment residences, a public café, a street-level commercial space, and ample interior parking. The Distillery North Apartment building supports a community committed to wellness through a variety of initiatives including vegetable cultivation and gardening, the implementation of architectural principles designed to encourage physical activity, superior accessibility for people with disabilities, and plentiful shared indoor and outdoor space including our green roof with 360-degree city views.
