2026 Passive House Symposium

The Annual Passive House Symposium is the leading Massachusetts event focused on the leading high-performance building design and construction standard. It brings together people from across the industry—developers, builders, architects, trades, consultants, engineers, verifiers, certifiers, policymakers, and more—for a intense day of learning and networking. Anyone and everyone interested in the success of Passive House in the Commonwealth is encouraged to join.

This year’s theme is “Moving the Market”

As the Passive House boom picks up speed in Massachusetts, it’s increasingly critical to remove barriers, lower costs, and scale good practices across the industry. Affordable housing has led the charge for Passive House in the Commonwealth, but codes and incentives are bringing more market-rate projects to the table than ever. And teams across the state are meeting the moment with innovative approaches to financing, design, and construction. Come learn from them in the 2026 Passive House Symposium.

This year’s event will take place on Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at the Artists for Humanity EpiCenter.

• Symposium sponsors receive a number of free tickets (and will receive a code after confirming sponsorship).
