Kara Haggerty Wilson of Onion Flats in Massachusetts will present work she has been doing on Sustainable Transformations: Deep Energy Exterior Retrofits. Onion Flats is working on retrofitting multifamily buildings and their work is directly linked to a range of important initiatives in Massachusetts, including subsidy programs. Kara will explore the larger context of deep energy exterior retrofits in large buildings, highlight some of her ongoing work, and discuss the special financial challenges of retrofits.
