The Rater/Verifier’s Perspective on the Passive House Process
Passive House Certification is now required for all multifamily buildings over 12,000 square feet in approximately 40 cities and towns across Massachusetts. These communities have opted into the state’s new Specialized Energy Code, drastically enhancing building design and construction in accordance with the Passive House standard.
In this hybrid session (live & virtual options available), a panel of experienced Passive House raters and verifiers will discuss lessons learned from their experience on Passive House certified projects. Learn about the unique approaches, challenges, and solutions required for success.
