The MA Net Zero Stretch Code is currently being developed by the MA Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS). There is momentum behind the Net Zero Stretch Code, but it is far from guaranteed that it will be implemented in a timely and impactful manner.

A demonstration of support from the Massachusetts building industry has a crucial role to play to ensure success.  Therefore, a group of Massachusetts design professionals have written a support letter.
