The Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment in Boston stands as a pioneering example of large-scale passive house implementation, aiming to deliver 2,699 mixed-rate housing units across 15 buildings.

This panel discussion and presentation spotlights the all-star Bunker Hill team, including representatives from Stantec, RDH Building Science, Leggat McCall Properties, and Suffolk Construction. 

This is a hybrid in-person and virtual event:

• We’ll kick things off with an in-person social hour from 5:30–6:15 PM, where you can connect with fellow architects, builders, developers, and industry professionals.
• From 6:15–7:15 PM, we’ll dive into our panel presentation “Critical Mass: Scaling Passive House at Bunker Hill” (In-person and virtual attendees)

As part of our “All-in!” theme for 2025, this discussion will share invaluable lessons learned from the design and construction of Building M, Bunker Hill’s inaugural structure.
